KAWSAY was born from a deep desire to share the richness of Ecuadorian culture through food, atmosphere and human connection. Inspired by the diversity of Ecuador’s regions, our resto-bar brings together tradition and creativity to offer an experience that goes far beyond the meal. Every detail is designed to welcome, surprise and create a sense of belonging.
Our cuisine is rooted in authentic Ecuadorian recipes, reimagined with a contemporary approach. We honour our origins while exploring new ways to express them, through modern presentation and current techniques.
